Sr Specialist - Project Management

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and timelines to support successful delivery.
• Coordinate developers, analysts, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and build relationships that support project success.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in a matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bogotá, Colombia, with at least 3 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification, such as PMP or equivalent.
• Postgraduate degree in a related field.
• Experience with systems integration, architecture, or product development projects.
