What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and build strong relationships in global environments.
• Ensure all projects meet business requirements, quality standards, and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments.
• Experience using project management tools and methodologies.
• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
• Postgraduate degree in a related field.
• Experience with systems integration, architecture, or product development projects.
