Project Manager, CPG (Digital Marketing)

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent client accounts, service lines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams using Asana and other communication channels.
• Create, execute, and revise deliverable plans as client needs and requirements change.
• Oversee project scope, risks, schedules, quality, and stakeholder communications from inception through completion.
• Support client and account-team calls with detailed recaps, action items, task assignments, and follow-up.
• Evaluate new work requests, identify resources, assign responsibilities, and schedule activities.
• Provide progress updates, manage risks, escalate issues, and improve internal and client-facing processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Subject matter familiarity with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, display, feeds, paid social, and analytics.
• Ability to prioritize and direct teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or an equivalent certification.
• Experience with conflict management, mediation, negotiation, and process improvement.
