TL;DR
Consultant Project Management (Strategy and Business Operations): Supporting strategic alignment, planning, governance, and execution of complex Run and Grow initiatives for Colombia with an accent on cross-functional coordination, performance visibility, and executive reporting. Focus on building dashboards and performance indicators, managing dependencies and risks, and coordinating high-complexity projects across local, regional, and international stakeholders.
Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid work with at least two days per week in the assigned office

What you will do
- Support the Colombia CRO and senior leadership with strategic alignment and operational execution.
- Coordinate strategic planning activities and connect local priorities with regional, international, and corporate objectives.
- Oversee high-complexity projects across Run and Grow initiatives, tracking delivery, accountability, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop executive-ready business updates, quarterly sales reviews, performance insights, SteerCo materials, and leadership presentations.
- Create and maintain performance indicators, dashboards, decision logs, risk logs, and structured project documentation.
- Facilitate communication, knowledge sharing, governance routines, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 3–4 years of general business experience, including strategy development experience.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, business judgment, project management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at different levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
