Dayforce Implementation Project Manager (HRIS)

Location: Remote within Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, or Chile; full-time availability aligned with Eastern Time business hours

What you will do

• Lead the Dayforce implementation from planning through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Manage the project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and timeline.
• Serve as the internal Dayforce subject matter expert and guide implementation decisions.
• Coordinate HR, payroll, IT, operations, vendors, and the Dayforce implementation team.
• Support testing, issue tracking, launch readiness, and early stabilization.

Requirements

• At least one full Dayforce implementation or migration led from start to finish.
• Strong project management experience in HRIS, payroll, or enterprise system implementations.
• Hands-on experience providing implementation guidance and recommendations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IT, operations, payroll, and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Full-time availability Monday to Friday during Eastern Time business hours.
