Sales Representative RV

Location: Fresno, California, United States; regular travel throughout the California territory is required.

Salary: $66,500–$95,750 annually.

What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with existing RV dealer accounts and distributor partners.
• Develop new business through cold calling, company-provided leads, referrals, and other sales activities.
• Drive product sales and adoption while executing sales, marketing, promotional, and service programs.
• Forecast sales, identify growth opportunities, and support dealer and distributor activities to increase market share.
• Provide product knowledge, sales guidance, marketing support, and solutions to customer requests and complaints.
• Monitor market conditions and competitors, maintain accurate account information, collaborate with internal teams, and attend trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the RV or a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard PC applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently, make sound business decisions, analyze challenges, and recommend practical solutions.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
