Treasury Management Sales Officer II (Treasury Management)

Location: Costa Mesa, California, United States; occasional travel required.

Salary: $169,410–$200,000 per year, depending on job location; annual bonus or incentives and restricted stock may also be available.

What you will do

• Develop new Treasury Management business and expand existing customer relationships.
• Manage the full Treasury Management sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, focusing on organizations with extensive, complex, or multinational treasury requirements.
• Design customer-centric Treasury Management solutions and provide consultative expertise on the liquidity management cycle.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and sales partners to convert prospects and grow existing business.
• Deliver industry and product training to customers, internal teams, resource groups, and Relationship Managers.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in Treasury Management Sales or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of banking operations, deposit operations, loan administration, Treasury Management, and commercial banking products.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory, legal, and compliance obligations, rules, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience developing business with companies generating $50 million in revenue through Fortune 500 organizations.
• Proven ability to cultivate centers of influence, retain clients, cross-sell, and negotiate complex consultative solutions.
