Sales Officer III - Treasury Management

Location: 400 Park Avenue, New York, New York, US 10022; in-office and sales hybrid work

Starting base salary: $92,114–$156,880 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Develop and sell treasury management products and services to new clients while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Use consultative sales strategies to identify client needs, quantify benefits, and recommend cash management solutions.
• Develop sales plans with relationship managers, regional managers, banking office managers, and business line officers.
• Prepare and present client proposals, complete service agreements, and coordinate service implementation.
• Provide treasury management product expertise, training, and sales support to internal banking teams.
• Monitor market conditions, customer buying criteria, industry trends, and competitive practices to support sales and service development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of cash management sales experience in a financial services environment.
• At least 3 years of experience managing or supporting medium-to-large account relationships.
• Knowledge of treasury management sales techniques and principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and data, identify sales opportunities, formulate recommendations, and set priorities and goals.
