Project Manager (Compliance)

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day execution of Procurement Grants & Loans compliance projects.
• Build and manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and compliance schedules.
• Coordinate work across Procurement, Sourcing, Legal, Project Management, Contract Management, Finance, and external suppliers.
• Drive BABA and other supplier certification requirements through completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify compliance risks and documentation gaps, and maintain audit-ready procurement records.
• Maintain dashboards and status reports, improve compliance procedures, and support audits, agency reviews, and regulatory requests.

Requirements

• Experience managing compliance, procurement, grants, or regulatory projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement documentation and contract administration.
• Experience supporting federally funded projects and grant compliance.
• Strong project planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating dashboards, tracking tools, and executive reporting.
• Ability to work locally and onsite in Columbus, Ohio.
