Associate Director, Digital & Web Ops Technical Lead (Digital & Web Ops)

Location: Remote role for US-based candidates; listed in Philadelphia, PA. Travel of 10–20% is required.

Salary: $153,600–$230,400 base pay annually for US-based candidates, with potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance for the Digital & Web Ops Global Capability team.
• Translate business requirements and capability roadmaps into scalable architectures, technical specifications, work plans, and development tasks.
• Lead the design, configuration, integration, deployment, operation, and enhancement of web CMS, digital channel, engagement, and patient application solutions.
• Guide development of compliant digital experiences across web, CRM, email, social, and patient-facing platforms.
• Drive integrations between Drupal, Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, analytics, consent, and patient services systems.
• Lead agile ceremonies, vendor delivery, cross-team problem solving, technical reviews, and developer mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of post-bachelor’s experience, or 6+ years after a master’s degree, in customer engagement or related domains, including engagement platforms and compliant customer experience delivery.
• 4+ years in a Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or comparable developer-leadership role.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale web CMS, digital channel enablement, engagement, CRM-integrated, and patient-facing applications.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, data architecture, system integration, security, compliance, and scalable engineering practices.
• Experience leading internal developers and vendors in complex, matrixed organizations and Agile product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Drupal, SEO/SEM tools, social media and social listening platforms, Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, EMR tools, or patient apps.
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience supporting rare disease or specialty brands and Global Capability teams.
