Associate Director – Dynamics 365/Azure Healthcare/Specialty Pharmacy Platforms (Healthcare IT)

Location: US-wide remote with some travel required

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 base per annum, plus a 15% annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead technology strategy and enterprise architecture across healthcare initiatives.
• Define scalable, secure solutions for Patient Access Services, Specialty Hubs, and Specialty Pharmacy platforms.
• Architect patient enrollment, benefits verification, prior authorization, copay assistance, and patient support solutions.
• Provide technical direction to architects, developers, and engineering teams using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Oversee custom applications, REST APIs, integrations, Dynamics 365 extensions, ALM, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Partner with executives, product owners, healthcare stakeholders, and technical teams while governing architecture standards and technical risk.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Strong experience leading enterprise healthcare technology and architecture initiatives.
• Experience with Patient Access Services, Specialty Hubs, Specialty Pharmacy, or patient support programs.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, APIs, integrations, and modern architecture patterns.
• Background in solution, software, and enterprise architecture, with experience leading technical teams and engaging executive stakeholders.
• Must be available for US-wide remote work with some travel.
