Receiving and Shipping Clerk (Logistics)

What you will do

• Confirm customer visit schedules and welcome customers at the facility.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and direct ferrous and non-ferrous metals to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with unloading and material handling using a forklift.
• Weigh materials and prepare receiving and shipping documentation.
• Complete data entry and other tasks supporting daily recycling operations.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in shipping and receiving or an industrial environment.
• Functional communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to prioritize work, make quick decisions, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service skills, professional communication, and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using management software.
• Ability to operate a forklift and perform physical tasks.
