Material Handler - Brampton, ON (On-site)

Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada; on-site, full-time, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. shift

Salary: CAD 22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate company equipment and lift trucks, including counterbalance, stand-up, and Bendi equipment.
• Transfer materials through the Machine Shop, stock assembly stations, and maintain efficient Kanban-based material flow.
• Use warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and computerized inventory tools for material transactions and transfers.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and accuracy initiatives.
• Support shipping and receiving, coordinate timely material delivery, and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Follow Lean Manufacturing principles, company policies, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
• Valid forklift certification and experience operating lift trucks in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience with inventory management and inventory control processes.
• Familiarity with WMS, RF scanners, and computerized inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Crane experience or training.
• Bendi lift-truck experience; training is provided if required.
