Quality Inspector (Manufacturing)

Location: Ellis KS Branch, with an additional location at Hays KS Branch

What you will do

• Conduct incoming, final acceptance, receiving, and in-process inspections according to applicable procedures.
• Participate in Quality Management System activities, including document and records management, training, NCMRs, and CAPAs.
• Support first article inspections, equipment qualifications, and process validations by collecting measurement data.
• Reconcile Device History Records and complete related administrative tasks.
• Distribute inspection results to Quality Leadership for review and analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, policy updates, and special quality projects.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of quality or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience reading and understanding engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment, including calipers and micrometers.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, customer service, and independent working skills.

• Understanding of GD&T.
