Quality Inspector (2nd Shift)

Location: On-site in Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Salary: $19–$24 per hour, plus an additional $2.40 third-shift differential.

What you will do

• Perform first-piece, in-process, final, and first article inspections of CNC-manufactured parts.
• Read customer drawings, work orders, and job documentation to verify dimensions, geometric tolerancing, surface finish, materials, and plating requirements.
• Record and archive inspection results.
• Prepare non-conformance reports for parts requiring rework or remakes and route them to the appropriate operations.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe manufacturing workspace while following plant rules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States under ITAR requirements: U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status is required.
• Temporary visa holders, including E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN, and OPT holders, are not eligible.
• Ability to read and write in English, perform basic arithmetic, and follow printed and computer-based instructions.
• Ability to use measuring instruments such as scales and calipers, computers, and calculators.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, punctuality, and ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a CNC machining environment.
