Quality Inspector - 1st Shift

Location: Blaine, Minnesota, United States; full-time, first shift, onsite.

Compensation: $17.20–$31.90 per hour, with potential eligibility for additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Perform comprehensive product inspections using work instructions, checklists, drawings, and defined acceptance criteria.
• Use precision and non-precision gauges, meters, tools, and measurement equipment to verify product conformance.
• Identify non-conforming products and initiate Non-Conformance Reports.
• Confirm that no active NCRs remain before completing product inspections.
• Prioritize inspection tasks to support operational efficiency and departmental delivery goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least one year of experience in quality processes; experience with Quality Management Systems is preferred.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, paint mil gauges, hardness testers, CMMs, measuring tables, optical comparators, and functional testers.
• Ability to interpret and apply Quality System and ISO procedures and documentation.
• Strong organization, self-direction, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, accuracy, and practical math and geometry skills.
• Ability to learn and operate varied test and measurement equipment, use Microsoft Office, and lift up to 50 lbs.
