What you will do

• Perform basic visual, dimensional, functional, and mechanical inspections of parts.
• Compile and maintain inspection records and process customer returns in the ERP system.
• Execute inventory transactions, transfers, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Customer Care teams in the US, EMEA, and Japan and provide RMA status updates.
• Prepare RMA repairs or replacements for shipment and perform internal MRB rework.
• Identify productivity improvements and discuss technical issues with management, engineering, and purchasing.

Requirements

• One to two years of related experience.
• High school, trade school, or equivalent education.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, indicators, surface plate techniques, air gauges, go/no-go gauges, and other mechanical inspection equipment.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Ability to follow prescribed procedures, lift up to 35 pounds, and work while sitting or standing.
