Maintenance Excellence Leader (Specialty Chemicals)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, USA; Work model: Onsite

Salary: $95,940–$127,920 annually, including base salary and an annual incentive bonus. Final offer depends on skills, experience, and internal equity.

What you will do

• Lead maintenance planning and scheduling for critical equipment in line with plant priorities, uptime targets, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate SAP data and documentation, including material lists, work orders, task plans, and system utilization.
• Coordinate parts, materials, and labor readiness while improving backlog health and work order execution.
• Plan and support shutdowns and outages to minimize downtime and enable reliable plant start-ups.
• Apply reliability-centered maintenance and root cause analysis to reduce repeat equipment failures.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking, PDCA cycles, gap analyses, look-back reviews, coaching, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and outage management.
• At least 3 years of experience applying reliability-centered maintenance methodologies.
• Strong technical aptitude and proven root cause analysis capability.
• Experience with SAP or similar CMMS platforms and continuous improvement methods.
