Product Modernization Manager Sr (Fintech)

Salary: $110,923.50–$186,042.00 annually

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year modernization roadmap for the consumer deposit product offers platform.
• Evaluate and implement platform solutions, build investment cases, and align executives on modernization direction.
• Establish governance for offer creation and configuration, including approval workflows, version control, audit trails, and change management.
• Lead migration from legacy infrastructure and manage delivery risk across core banking, online banking, mobile, branch, account-opening, and marketing channels.
• Set operating standards for offer configuration, testing, deployment accuracy, system reliability, and performance reporting.
• Build and develop the team responsible for product platform modernization.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in deposit product operations, banking product management, or a related discipline within a regulated financial institution.
• Experience leading core banking modernization, platform migration, or product rationalization initiatives at scale.
• Deep knowledge of consumer deposit products, including parameters, fees, eligibility rules, and downstream dependencies across banking and digital systems.
• Technical fluency in platform strategy, technology investment cases, enterprise requirements, and implementation-ready specifications.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and building teams across Technology, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Core banking platform configuration and parameter-management experience.
• Experience building modernization functions from fragmented or legacy environments.
• Familiarity with offer management platforms, product configuration tools, and API-based integrations.
• Knowledge of Reg DD, UDAAP, and consumer deposit compliance requirements.
