Product Manager - Shared Branch (Fintech)

Location: Remote-USA. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship and requires U.S. work authorization.

Salary: $84,900–$108,200 per year, adjusted based on experience and other permitted job-related factors.

What you will do

• Analyze product enhancement requests and oversee business requirements for product and application improvements.
• Define product objectives, goals, documentation, procedures, training materials, and market release processes.
• Coordinate with Training, Operations, Information Technology, Administration, Finance, Marketing, and other functions to execute product strategies.
• Identify risks, assess product and industry impacts, develop market test scenarios, and secure end-user approval for rollouts.
• Oversee commercialization, mandate and industry requirement updates, vendor replacements, and system readiness with internal and external partners.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, monitor product performance, resolve product servicing inquiries, and act as a liaison for operational support departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least four years of experience in product management, technical product implementations, and/or business systems analysis supporting technical products.
• Experience in the financial services or credit union industry is required.
• Experience with core or account processing is required.
