Project Controls/Project Management Analyst (Environmental Management)

Location: Richland, Washington, United States. Work is conducted predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, with some remote support only as approved.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain project schedules and performance data files.
• Prepare EVMS reporting, performance reports, and variance analyses.
• Integrate risk registers with milestone forecasts and support risk evaluations.
• Assist with project and contract management, budget planning, and lifecycle planning.
• Support regulatory compliance, contractor integration, audits, engineering consulting, waste management, and groundwater remediation activities.
• Provide informed recommendations to division directors and field project directors.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of project controls and EVMS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• Experience with Primavera P6, EVMS tools, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Analytical rigor, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet facility clearance requirements and DOE clearance requirements when required for assigned work.
• DOE project experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP or EVP certification.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
