Registered Nurse - Infusion (Oncology)

Location: Spokane, Washington, United States; full-time onsite position.

Salary: $40.70–$63.49 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, hydration, and other medications under physician or nurse practitioner supervision.
• Assess and document patient data before and after infusion therapy, including vital signs, allergies, medication changes, and treatment response.
• Perform venipuncture, access implanted ports, maintain central-line catheter devices, and operate ambulatory infusion pumps.
• Support dose modifications by reviewing patient condition and laboratory results, calculating doses, consulting treatment protocols, and coordinating with providers.
• Program portable infusion pumps for continuous drug delivery and instruct patients or caregivers on home use.
• Triage patient calls, manage medication refill requests, and provide nursing coverage for satellite offices as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing education program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license and registration with the State Board of Nursing in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support certification and compliance with continuing education requirements.
• 3–5 years of nursing experience, including at least one year in oncology preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift or carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.

• Oncology certification.
• BSN degree.
