Registered Nurse (Skilled Nursing)

Location: Lincolnwood, Illinois, United States; onsite night-shift work

Salary: USD 41–43 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise and administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations and company guidelines.
• Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, care plans, service plans, and clinical documentation.
• Track clinical conditions such as wounds and infection control issues under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Consult on residents’ health concerns and notify physicians or family members about changes in health.
• Respond to emergencies, maintain confidentiality, and follow the Safety & Disaster Plan.
• Communicate with departments and staff and provide educational meetings for residents and employees.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent education and applicable experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
• Current Registered Nurse license without judgments in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• English fluency required for speaking, reading, writing, and communication.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks safely as part of a team.
