Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing

Location: 1800 Robin Ln, Lisle, IL 60532, USA; full-time, onsite

Compensation: USD 43–47 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise and administer medications in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, care plans, service plans, and clinical documentation.
• Track clinical matters such as wounds and infection control under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Provide health-related consultation and promptly notify physicians and family members about changes in residents’ health.
• Respond to emergencies, maintain communication across departments, and protect resident confidentiality.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff and participate in the Safety & Disaster Plan.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in nursing or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
• Current Registered Nurse license without judgments in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Fluent English required for communicating with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and relevant third parties.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.
