Workiva Consulting Manager

Location: Denver Downtown, United States; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office

Salary: $107,000–$214,500 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Scope, price, and sell multi-entity reporting transformation projects with prospects, clients, and account teams.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
• Develop and deploy integrated reporting solutions with Finance Transformation, Accounting Advisory, Risk Advisory, Tax, and industry specialists.
• Develop go-to-market strategy, service offerings, and sales enablement for multi-entity reporting services.
• Lead process analysis, requirements documentation, solution design, project governance, issue resolution, and executive communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of consulting, professional services, or industry experience focused on financial reporting.
• At least 2 years leading sales cycles, solution design, or executive-level pursuits for finance transformation or reporting solutions.
• Hands-on experience implementing Workiva’s financial reporting platform, including Wdata.
• Experience managing multiple clients, workstreams, and senior stakeholders in complex environments.

Nice to have

• CPA or another relevant professional certification.
• Experience with legal-entity and management consolidation, intercompany accounting, foreign currency translation, and ownership structures.
• Experience with statutory, management, and external reporting across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex accounting and reporting requirements into scalable processes, data models, and technology solutions.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, executive presentation, data analysis, reconciliation, governance, organizational, leadership, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
