Treasury Consultant – Global Treasury Practice (Finance Services)

Location: Chicago, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $85,100–$161,700 per year, plus discretionary performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Advise treasury, finance, accounting, and operational leaders on treasury transformation initiatives and leading practices.
• Lead or support Treasury Management System implementations, upgrades, assessments, testing, and optimization projects.
• Evaluate current-state processes and design future-state treasury operating models and technology solutions.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and develop functional and technical specifications.
• Improve cash management, liquidity, forecasting, payments, investments, debt, and treasury risk processes.
• Manage project workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, support business development, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in treasury consulting, treasury operations, treasury technology, financial services treasury, banking, or finance transformation.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems or related technologies such as Kyriba, FIS, Trovata, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, or Reval.
• Experience in one or more treasury disciplines, including cash management, liquidity, forecasting, payments, debt, investments, bank relationships, or treasury risk.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and project management skills.
• Work location is Chicago, United States.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Kyriba, FIS, SAP Treasury, or other treasury technologies.
• Corporate treasury experience in multinational organizations or financial services organizations.
• Consulting, professional services, client-facing delivery, or experience managing concurrent engagements.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, treasury accounting, bank connectivity, controls, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
