Treasury Implementation Consultant – Global Treasury Practice

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office

Salary: $95,400–$192,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.

What you will do

• Advise treasury, finance, accounting, and operational leaders on treasury transformation initiatives and leading practices.
• Lead or support Treasury Management System implementations, upgrades, assessments, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Evaluate current-state processes and design future-state operating models, functional specifications, and technical solutions.
• Support cash management, liquidity, forecasting, payments, investments, debt, risk management, governance, controls, and policy initiatives.
• Develop project plans, manage workstreams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and facilitate client workshops.
• Build client relationships, contribute to proposals and pre-sales, and mentor junior staff and project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in treasury consulting, treasury operations, treasury technology, financial services treasury, banking, or finance transformation.
• Experience in one or more treasury disciplines, including treasury technology, cash management, liquidity, forecasting, payments, bank relationships, debt and investments, treasury risk, or treasury operations.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems or related technologies, including Kyriba, FIS, Trovata, SAP Treasury, GTreasury, Reval, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, treasury teams, finance organizations, and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing, configuring, optimizing, or supporting treasury technology platforms, including relevant technology certifications.
• Corporate treasury experience in large multinational organizations or experience in banking, financial institutions, asset management, insurance, fintech, or other financial services organizations.
• Consulting or professional services experience, including client-facing project delivery and concurrent engagements.
• Experience with treasury or finance transformation, ERP-enabled treasury, SWIFT, treasury accounting, controls, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong workshop facilitation, executive presentation, data analysis, organization, documentation, and solution-planning skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
