Managing Consultant, Strategic Advisory (Financial Services)

Location: Milwaukee, WI Corporate; other listed locations include New York, NY Corporate and Remote-Illinois.

Salary: $118,960–$178,440 per year; geographic pay structures of $130,880–$196,320 and $136,800–$205,200 may apply depending on location.

What you will do

• Develop key deliverables for strategic advisory engagements and initiatives.
• Assess business processes, identify gaps and best practices, and recommend improvements across business segments.
• Analyze and quantify the financial impact of engagements and process improvements.
• Build board-level presentations and communicate findings and recommendations to partner organizations.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, client workshops, design sessions, stand-ups, readouts, and other delivery ceremonies.
• Coordinate delivery partners, manage risks and blockers, maintain timelines with project management, and build relationships with decision makers.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of recent experience in client-facing consulting roles or equivalent experience leading projects and initiatives, including 3–5 years delivering strategy or management consulting.
• Proficiency in data analysis and ROI modeling.
• Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including quickly creating board-level presentations.
• Experience delivering process improvement concepts such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Ability to learn new concepts and business strategies quickly and understand nuances of insurance segments.
• Comfort with executive-level storytelling and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage competing demands, and ability to work under tight deadlines and short timeframes.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries, influence and collaborate with all levels, facilitate teams, and lead change amid ambiguity and paradox.
• Knowledge of hirify.global, the financial services industry, its operating environment, and relevant business constraints.
