Senior Consultant - HHS Collaboratives (Healthcare Analytics)

Location: Remote; travel 61–80% within the US

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and participate in client engagement workstreams, determine needs against statements of work, and support implementation of recommended improvements.
• Obtain data, conduct or oversee analyses, perform quality assurance, interpret findings, and develop recommendations and potential solutions.
• Create client-facing reports, presentations, deliverables, and data-driven insights for varied audiences.
• Manage workstream activities, project plans, budgets, expenses, economics, risks, and issues.
• Build and maintain dynamic data models using hirify.global, PINC AI, and client datasets.
• Standardize and automate client deliverables and internal tools; troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of applicable work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and perform sedentary work involving up to 10 pounds of force.
• Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, operate computer programs and software, and make independent decisions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and electronically and work collaboratively with coworkers and the public.
• Ability to travel 61–80% within the US.

Nice to have

• Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations communicating project outcomes, recommendations, and strategy.
• Ability to conduct analyses, oversee and mentor others, deliver client work, relate effectively to clients and team members, and lead work groups to successful outcomes.
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt experience.
• Experience in health systems finance, clinical or operational healthcare operations, operational or strategic consulting, strategic planning, or decision-support analytics.
• Experience analyzing complex healthcare datasets and developing visualizations and presentations for data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis, new methodology development, and strategic problem-solving.
• Master’s degree.
