Director of Sustainability Delivery - Advisory (Sustainability)

Salary: $149,671.54–$171,053.19 per year

What you will do

• Optimize and institutionalize delivery frameworks for sustainable design, certification, and corporate sustainability advisory services.
• Manage resource allocation, team capacity, utilization, project tracking, and financial, climate, and performance metrics.
• Lead delivery for complex carbon, greenhouse gas, and corporate sustainability projects and maintain executive-level client relationships.
• Manage project timelines, identify account expansion opportunities, and reduce delivery bottlenecks.
• Mentor sustainability specialists and collaborate with national leaders to create automated workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive operations or project delivery leadership within a multidisciplinary AEC firm or sustainability advisory practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field.
• Documented experience optimizing sustainability services, standardizing workflows, and managing project delivery health.
• Strong fluency in project performance tracking tools and diverse contract structures.
• Strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, and organizational change skills.

Nice to have

• Active professional licensure such as PE or AIA.
• Sustainability credentials such as LEED or ENV SP.
• Master’s degree.
