Director, Coordination & Commissioning (Data Centers)

Location: Santa Teresa, New Mexico, United States. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Travel is approximately 20% domestically.

Compensation: $197,600–$221,300 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end validation, commissioning, and operational readiness of data centers for client delivery.
• Develop commissioning plans, acceptance tests, commissioning scripts, and Integrated Systems Testing.
• Coordinate Development, Construction, Critical Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, IT, Security, Finance, and Technical Operations teams.
• Manage prefabrication vendor relationships and lead project closeout with general contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Standardize, optimize, and automate Ready For Service processes while integrating lessons learned into design standards.
• Validate and document infrastructure assets for turnover to Critical Operations and provide on-call emergency support as needed.

Requirements

• Data center experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent applicable experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in critical facility construction, commissioning, and operations.
• At least 5 years of experience solving complex critical technical and procedural issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in stressful situations.
• Must pass comprehensive background and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Substantial project management experience.
• PMP and commissioning certification.
