Salary: $172,245–$215,306 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute foundation-drilling strategies for solar installations.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee solar and drilling projects from inception through completion.
• Lead engineers, construction workers, and other professional team members.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, contractors, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, cost tracking, quality control, project specifications, and construction records.
• Conduct site assessments, resolve project risks, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge of solar construction techniques, equipment, technology, and solar array components.
• Experience with project management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, estimating, and cost-control systems.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
