Clinical Programs Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role requiring in-office work 1–2 days per week in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut; candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the posting location.

Salary: $96,876–$151,632 per year for candidates working in New York or New Jersey.

What you will do

• Support sales teams in creating sales, marketing, and renewal strategies for group clinical offerings.
• Present utilization analyses, reports, and recommendations to prospective and existing clients.
• Advise customers on clinical program performance, costs, ROI, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with account management and analytics teams to prepare data-driven client reporting.
• Evaluate account utilization to identify opportunities for new programs, savings, and improved employee health.
• Prepare RFP responses, train internal teams, and develop relationships with consultants and brokers.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a related field and at least 4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to worksites and other locations as needed.
• Ability to work in-office 1–2 days per week within reasonable commuting distance of the listed locations.

Nice to have

• RN license or other clinical credentials.
