Vice President of Clinical Advisory Services (Healthcare)

Location: Corporate MN, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States; full-time role with up to 60% travel.

Salary: $100,000–$300,000 per year for remote locations.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise clinical advisory strategy in line with growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a national Clinical Advisor organization focused on customer outcomes and clinical excellence.
• Partner with Sales and other functions on strategic accounts, implementations, evaluations, executive presentations, and competitive conversions.
• Oversee product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, customer education, implementation planning, and post-installation adoption support.
• Guide product innovation, enhancements, clinical research, evidence generation, and responses to patient and caregiver safety risks.
• Represent the organization at conferences, customer advisory boards, professional associations, and industry organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; a master's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related healthcare field is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience and 7 years leading clinical teams in healthcare, medical device, or healthcare services organizations.
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive hospital leadership and commercial organizations.
• Strong knowledge of acute care, hospital operations, patient safety, pressure injury prevention, falls prevention, safe patient handling, mobility, and therapeutic support surfaces.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, facilitation, public speaking, strategic planning, and organizational change capabilities.
• Active RN license and advanced clinical certifications are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical device commercialization, product launches, or clinical implementation programs.
• Experience contributing to clinical research, publications, evidence generation, or professional presentations.
• Experience developing key opinion leaders and clinical advisory boards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or business intelligence tools.
