Regulatory Risk and Oversight Specialist

Location: Tempe, AZ, United States; full-time office-based role. Travel to other hirify.global locations may be required.

What you will do

• Support the adoption of regulatory change frameworks and regulatory accountability models across the business.
• Partner with regulatory stakeholders and Lines of Defense to assess regulatory applicability and compliance requirements.
• Identify regulatory risk issues and collaborate with operational leaders on effective, sustainable remediation solutions.
• Produce and review Regulatory Risk Management metrics and reporting for senior business leaders.
• Identify, validate, and oversee remediation of regulatory-risk hotspots affecting Asset Servicing.
• Advise on process improvements and contribute to the Regulatory Risk Management strategy and communications.

Requirements

• Previous experience in regulatory, compliance, risk, or controls environments.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and communicate complex issues in non-technical language.
• Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, influence stakeholders, and drive execution under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with senior audiences and management.
• Ability to work strategically in a diverse, matrixed environment while managing detail and adapting to change.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
