First Line Risk & Control RCSA Manager

What you will do

• Drive preparation and execution of risk and control updates and refreshes for low- to moderately complex business functions.
• Plan risk management activities, coordinate milestones, and align execution with business stakeholders.
• Document process maps, risks, controls, narratives, and risk and control inventories.
• Assess control environments, determine mitigation effectiveness, and identify control gaps.
• Guide discussions with risk subject matter experts on third parties, issues, regulatory matters, and legal matters.
• Conduct or oversee meetings, track follow-up actions, and maintain documentation for RCSA activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience or experience in a similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, or commercial banking products.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, industry standards, process mapping, risk identification, controls, and risk and control self-assessments.
• Expert speaking and writing communication skills.
