Operational Risk Specialist II

Location: Hybrid in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; 3 days per week at the corporate office

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze organizational operational risk exposure.
• Develop and implement contingency plans for risk management and control processes.
• Review policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and codes of conduct to ensure compliant execution.
• Analyze data to identify trends, noncompliance patterns, and potential business impacts.
• Prepare and support data, reporting, and analytics deliverables.
• Advise stakeholders on new process and system design and coordinate engagement activities.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of general work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Actuarial Science, or Applied Mathematics.
• Knowledge of risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance regulatory, operational, and business considerations when making recommendations.
• Ability to work 3 days per week from the Saint Petersburg, Florida corporate office.
