Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams, including managers and senior engineers, and develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Develop engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals and product roadmaps.
• Plan, execute, and deliver complex product development and engineering programs while managing performance, cost, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance, manufacturability, operational efficiency, and engineering processes.
• Support new product development from concept through production and lifecycle management.
• Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, executive leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, product development processes, and system design.
• Experience managing teams, managers, or large engineering functions, with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, occasionally lift up to 25 lbs., travel as needed, and work safely in manufacturing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or HVAC environments.
• Advanced degree.
