Mobile Lead Maintenance Technician (Industrial)

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.
• Inspect and maintain fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems within design and environmental requirements.
• Provide concierge-style service to tenants, internal teams, and external partners.
• Use manual and power tools, meters, gauges, drain augers, and other industry-standard equipment.
• Coordinate contract work involving landscaping, snow removal, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, government requirements, company directives, and work-safety standards.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in commercial building operations, property management, or a related industry preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required.
• EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to read and understand plans and prints.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, access confined spaces, and work indoors and outdoors for approximately equal portions of the workday.

Nice to have

• Experience with energy-saving and sustainability measures.
• Applicable city or government licenses and permits, such as a boiler operating permit or state maintenance electrician’s license.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills.
