CAD Designer II (Marine Manufacturing)

Location: Edgewater, Florida, United States; on-site work with production-floor presence

What you will do

• Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, tooling designs, and fixture designs.
• Design and modify tooling and fixtures for manufacturing parts while meeting safety and ergonomics standards.
• Support welding and fabrication teams with tooling solutions and fixture modifications.
• Create and release product documentation for new boat programs using Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, suppliers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support engineering changes, quotations, tooling orders, on-site measurements, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience with Siemens NX9 or higher drafting required.
• Proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D solid and surface modeling using Siemens NX.
• PLM experience required; Siemens Teamcenter experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, along with strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on site, wear required PPE, stand or walk for extended periods, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in CAD Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of marine product design experience.
