Salary: $90,018.00–$112,391.00 per year

What you will do

• Develop golf club technologies from concept through production using 3D CAD modeling and product design.
• Create, prototype, test, and validate new designs through engineering analysis and research.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Support patent development and contribute to innovative product solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and apply knowledge of manufacturing methods, industry regulations, competitive trends, and emerging technologies.
• Evaluate and execute projects in line with product development timelines and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible engineering, product design, or related professional experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Siemens NX (Unigraphics).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Foundational understanding of golf club design principles, technologies, and product development processes.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
