Sourcer - Talent Acquisition (Recruiting)

Location: Limerick, Ireland; hybrid work with onsite presence required three days per week

What you will do

• Generate talent pipelines for niche, specialist, high-demand, volume, and senior-level skillsets across EMEA.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define technical capabilities and cultural behaviours required for roles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using advertising, referrals, headhunting, networking, and market mapping.
• Identify, assess, qualify, and interview candidates using competency-based methods.
• Provide candidate assessments, market intelligence, talent trends, and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment data and reporting in Beamery, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter while supporting a candidate-centric hiring experience.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment sourcing experience, preferably in an in-house or onsite recruitment environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across volume and specialist senior-level hiring.
• Experience developing creative sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pools.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and analysing recruitment metrics.
• Must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment; employment permit sponsorship is not available.

• Experience recruiting in financial services or professional services.
