TL;DR
Recruiter (Fintech/Payments): Owning full-cycle recruiting across commercial, technical, product, and go-to-market functions with an accent on proactive sourcing, structured hiring processes, and candidate experience. Focus on scaling commercial hiring, managing the Ashby pipeline, and building repeatable recruiting systems across London and New York.
Location: London or New York; hybrid work with office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Monday and Friday are optional work-from-home days.

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through scheduling, offer management, and candidate care.
- Run first-round screening conversations and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Build proactive pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, agency partners, and personal networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to design structured interview plans, take-home assignments, scorecards, and debriefs.
- Prioritize go-to-market hiring, including account executives, BDRs, enterprise roles, and sales enablement.
- Own the Ashby ATS and build scalable sourcing playbooks, interview kits, and recruiting processes.
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency, ideally within a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
- Demonstrated hiring experience across commercial and technical functions.
- Strong proactive sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines from the ground up.
- Excellent judgement, communication, candidate care, self-direction, and high standards.
- Strong knowledge of the London and/or New York talent markets.
- Ability to work from the London or New York office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience in fintech, payments, security, or technical B2B.
- Experience with Ashby or a similar modern ATS.
- Experience hiring across both London and New York.
