Senior Recruiter-IT FTC 12-18 Months (IT)

What you will do

• Manage recruitment searches from detailed job scoping through candidate placement and offer acceptance.
• Source active and passive candidates through resume databases, networking platforms, social media, Boolean search, and deep web sourcing.
• Build recruitment marketing campaigns and targeted talent lists using recruiting technologies.
• Conduct structured phone interviews, assess skills and cultural fit, and coordinate candidate interview preparation.
• Maintain candidate engagement, provide timely status updates, and keep hiring managers informed about search progress and market changes.
• Mentor recruiters, provide activity reporting, and ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least five years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience demonstrating niche segment or industry expertise.
• Ability to use recruiting technologies to improve process efficiency.
• Experience with deep web sourcing techniques and compliance documentation.
• Must maintain an in-country presence in Ireland while working remotely.
