TL;DR

Sales Recruiter (CPaaS): Managing full-cycle recruitment for the Go-To-Market organization across US, EMEA, and APAC with an accent on identifying high-performing sales talent including AEs and BDRs. Focus on building proactive talent pipelines, partnering with C-level stakeholders, and scaling revenue-generating teams in a high-velocity environment.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for the full GTM organization, including AEs, BDRs, Channel Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing across US, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Source candidates globally and maintain a proactive pipeline of top-tier GTM talent.
  • Partner closely with VP of Sales and Regional Managers to define ideal candidate profiles and team dynamics.
  • Drive a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience from initial outreach to closing.
  • Utilize data to optimize hiring velocity, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Coordinate with People Ops on offers, onboarding, and compliance across multiple geographies.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of in-house recruiting experience specifically focusing on GTM, sales, or revenue roles.
  • Proven track record of hiring Account Executives, BDRs/SDRs, and sales leadership.
  • Ability to manage 15+ open roles across multiple geographies and shifting priorities.
  • Startup mindset: adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Confidence in communicating and collaborating directly with VP+ and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong headhunting and proactive sourcing skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting in telecom, CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or AI/ML sectors.
  • Familiarity with sales hiring at infrastructure, SaaS, or API-first companies.
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience hiring within EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger.
