TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner (HR): Driving the recruitment of exceptional talent across Product Development functions with an accent on building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Focus on leveraging deep understanding of the local talent market and contributing to the continued success of a rapidly growing FinTech company.

Location: Based in Lisbon office for three days a week. The Work Away Scheme allows to work from anywhere for up to 90 days in any 12-month period.

Salary: € 24,000- € 36,000 (gross), (including 13th and 14th salary).

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand their talent needs and provide market insights.
• Contribute to the refinement of recruitment processes and tools, ensuring efficiency and fairness.
• Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter, with a track record of successfully hiring for Product Development roles.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle with direct sourcing skills and experience utilising various sourcing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven approach, using data and insights to support hiring strategies.
• Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
