Aerospace/Aviation Technical Contract Recruiter

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid model with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office. Eligibility to work in Ireland is required. The role supports stakeholders, clients, and candidates across multiple time zones and may require flexible working hours.

What you will do

• Partner with Project Leaders, Operations Support, and Business Development teams to understand current and future contractor requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing campaigns, and talent pipelines for specialised aviation and technical consultants.
• Manage screening, qualification, assessment, shortlisting, interviews, selection support, and placement administration.
• Coordinate contractor availability checks, onboarding, documentation, and engagement activities.
• Negotiate contractor rates while balancing project budgets, market conditions, and profitability targets.
• Manage multiple vacancies and stakeholder demands while improving recruitment processes, responsiveness, contractor quality, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in contract recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and contractor placement.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates through professional networks, talent databases, referrals, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Experience building talent pipelines for specialist or hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, negotiation, organisational, and administrative skills.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland and the ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Nice to have

• Recruitment experience in aviation, aerospace, engineering, technical services, or specialist contractor markets.
• Experience supporting international recruitment across multiple geographic regions.
• Understanding of employment legislation, visa requirements, contractor engagement, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of the aviation industry and technical services environment.
