What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and requirements with clients and partners.
• Lead teams delivering software, digital, Salesforce, collaboration technology, workforce automation, DevOps, cloud, and content or marketing solutions.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, schedules, documentation, change management, and client approvals.
• Facilitate client meetings, communicate project status, present solutions, and resolve issues or impediments.
• Coordinate with business and IT leaders to ensure solution designs meet business needs.
• Act as a consultative advisor to clients and identify opportunities for internal collaboration and new business.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of project management experience delivering software or digital solutions and managing medium-to-large projects.
• Experience with SharePoint, collaboration technology, workforce automation, DevOps, and/or cloud projects.
• Agile/Scrum project methodology experience is required.
• Experience defining, implementing, and supporting project methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, conflict management, problem-solving, decision-making, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently in an unstructured environment, and collaborate across functions and disciplines.
