Sr. Manager, Digital Operations (IT)

Salary: $139,200.00–$185,666.67 per year

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of complex IT, digital, and technical projects across multiple technology disciplines.
• Establish project management methodologies, governance frameworks, processes, metrics, and delivery best practices.
• Set project priorities, outcomes, resource strategies, schedules, budgets, and delivery plans.
• Direct managers, project managers, and project teams using Scrum, Agile, and related delivery practices.
• Monitor project performance, risks, milestones, status reporting, and return on investment while removing delivery barriers.
• Oversee vendor-supported project activities and develop team capabilities through staffing, performance management, and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in technical project management, IT project delivery, program management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Expertise in technical project management principles, methodologies, and governance practices.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and executive leadership and build collaborative relationships across technical and business functions.
• Strategic project and portfolio management skills, including risk mitigation, resource management, and initiative prioritization.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
