Senior Project Manager Salesforce (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, timelines, risks, dependencies, quality, and PMO documentation.
• Coordinate business and technical workstreams, international project teams, vendors, implementation partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Lead governance meetings, vendor reviews, workshops, status reporting, and delivery mitigation activities.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, release planning, deployment, and production rollout across shared Salesforce environments.
• Integrate change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, business readiness, and adoption into project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional experience in senior project management, programme management, Salesforce delivery, or a closely related role.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale Salesforce implementation or transformation projects and complex business and technical workstreams.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, integrations, data, testing, deployment, organizational change, Salesforce DevOps, and Release Management.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, external vendors, Statements of Work, estimates, deliverables, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and quality.
• Professional project management qualification or certification such as PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Service Consultant.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce integrations, data migration, workflow automation, or enterprise systems.
• Experience delivering global or regional Salesforce programmes for international organisations, NGOs, or the public sector.
• Change management certifications such as Prosci, ADKAR, or CCMP.
• ITIL v4, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
