Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA; hybrid with onsite presence four days per week and one remote day per week

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional Agile teams through the analysis, design, development, and delivery of strategic digital projects.
• Deliver complete technical solutions spanning multiple systems, integrations, APIs, CRM, ERP, and third-party platforms.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, technical standards, quality requirements, availability, performance, extensibility, and maintainability goals.
• Manage competing priorities, project objectives, budgets, forecasts, staffing requirements, risks, and timelines.
• Oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle and ensure agreed service levels are achieved.
• Build partnerships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors while driving process improvements.

Requirements

• At least three years of information systems management experience.
• At least three years managing large, high-volume, mission-critical systems and development teams across the technology lifecycle.
• Experience managing multiple teams with offshore, nearshore, and local members.
• Experience with hybrid on-premises and SaaS environments, highly transactional e-commerce websites, complex integrations, APIs, and external third-party systems.
• Proven delivery experience with traditional and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban; familiarity with Rally and Confluence.
• Ability to work onsite in the Phoenix office four days per week; one remote day per week is available. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
