Agile Project Manager (Cloud/DevOps)

What you will do

• Lead software and cloud DevOps project delivery using Agile methodologies and align milestones with SOW commitments.
• Develop work plans, identify risks, and create mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Coach teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, resolve conflicts, and remove delivery blockers.
• Manage client and stakeholder expectations, provide project status updates, and work directly with client executives and senior leaders.
• Monitor project budgets and assess financial impacts against business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software development and/or cloud DevOps teams in Agile environments.
• PMP and/or Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe Agilist, SAFe RTE, or PMI-PBA.
• Experience with Agile cloud and software delivery frameworks, cloud-native application development, and modernization initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience presenting to and collaborating with C-level executives and senior business leaders.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecommunications, finance, or public sector projects.
